Job Description:
- Lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Revise and implement the sales strategies/plans.
- Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Assist with sales representative questions, concerns and product/service questions.
- Responsible for implementing objectives and strategies to assigned account to achieve sales target.
- Manage business relationship at key levels and identify business opporunities.
- involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
- Lead a team of merchandisers and posses an intimate understanding of what it takes to win in the market.
- Strong personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administraton/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable of the different areas in the country.
- Willing to travel.
- With pleasing personality, self-motivated. result oriented with positive outlook towards the job.
- Possess strong analytical skills, good communication and excellent interpersonal skills are a MUST
- Result oriented, excellent, creative and strategic thinker.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Account Specialist - Key Account / HORECA

Job Description:
- Develop key accounts and be responsible for achieving sales and increasing market share.
- Development of customer plans including all trade related activities.
- Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotions results.
- Involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
- Lead a team of merchandisers and possess an intimate understanding of what it takes to win in the market.
- Conduct business reviews to buyer/purchaser/accounts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good sense of Responsibility and Integrity
- Know the Basic Call Procedure process and Daily Routine
- Vast experience in handling Local Key Account. Public Market, Key Accounts or Modern Trade. (Independent & Chain Accounts). Secondary and Tertiary
- Vast experience in Sales Negotiation and know how to handle objection properly
- Vast experience in Handling Merchandiser and Sales Coordinator is required
- Know how to create/make PSF or IBP effectively for the attainment or company/VDMP objective
- Very good rapport in trade
